Announcement on the Publication of the Catalogue of Raw Materials for Three Health Food Products, Including Ginseng

In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Measures for the Administration of the Catalogue of Health Food Raw Materials and the Catalogue of Health Functions, and other relevant provisions, the State Administration for Market Regulation, in conjunction with the National Health Commission and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, has formulated the “Catalogue of Health Food Raw Materials: Ginseng,” the “Catalogue of Health Food Raw Materials: American Ginseng,” and the “Catalogue of Health Food Raw Materials: Ganoderma,” which are hereby promulgated and shall take effect as of May 1, 2024.
