In accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Catalogue of Raw Materials for Health Foods—Ginseng, the Catalogue of Raw Materials for Health Foods—American Ginseng, and the Catalogue of Raw Materials for Health Foods—Lingzhi, the State Administration for Market Regulation has formulated the Technical Requirements for Filing Products Containing Ginseng, American Ginseng, and Lingzhi as Health Food Ingredients. This is hereby announced and shall take effect as of May 1, 2024.
