Recently, the Quzhou Women’s Federation announced the first list of Quzhou City’s Model Women Pioneers in Common Prosperity, and Wang Fang, Chairwoman of Zhejiang Wanglin Biotechnology Co., Ltd., was prominently included.
To implement in depth the Action Plan for Women’s Contributions to High-Quality Development and the Building of a Demonstration Zone for Common Prosperity at the Border of Four Provinces, with a focus on high‑quality industrial development and guided by the overarching reform objectives of expanding the middle class and raising the incomes of low‑income groups, the Municipal Women’s Federation has launched the “Women’s Shared Prosperity: Hundreds, Thousands, Ten Thousands” initiative. By identifying and recognizing 100 model women leaders in shared prosperity and establishing a mentorship corps of female role models, the initiative aims to energize women’s entrepreneurial and career‑building efforts. Additionally, by designating 100 demonstration bases for women’s shared prosperity, the Federation is pooling its own resources with those of society, recruiting and nurturing teams such as entrepreneurship advisory groups and support networks, thereby leveraging the impact of these women‑led hubs to inspire and facilitate greater entrepreneurial and employment opportunities for women across both urban and rural areas.

In 1999, she graduated from the Early Childhood Education program at Quzhou Normal School and joined the Chengguan Kindergarten in the same year.
In 2004, he resigned and founded Jiangshan Lvyi Bamboo Charcoal Co., Ltd.
At the end of 2015, she and her husband jointly invested in establishing Zhejiang Wanglin Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
