Etiquette is not only the lubricant of interpersonal relationships but also the cornerstone of corporate development. To elevate the company’s meeting and hospitality standards, enhance employees’ overall competencies, and strengthen the corporate brand image, Zhejiang Wanglin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. organized a specialized training session on “Hospitality and Business Etiquette” on January 27. The company invited Ms. Xia Manhui, Chief Training Instructor at Xianyun Body‑Shaping, to deliver the course.

Teacher Xia, focusing on “Business Reception Etiquette,” provided a detailed exposition of theoretical concepts such as “overall image building,” “basic conduct guidelines for receptions,” and “techniques for providing explanations and services.” Through the instructor’s clear and accessible instruction, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the standards and protocols governing business reception etiquette.

The course incorporated case‑analysis sessions, during which Instructor Xia used participants’ on‑the‑spot presentations to discuss and share insights into the reception‑etiquette issues they encountered. Drawing on her extensive knowledge and professional experience, she provided thoughtful, vivid feedback on each presentation, thereby deepening the team’s understanding of proper etiquette.

During the training, Instructor Xia designed a variety of reception scenarios, organized participants into teams for competitive role‑playing exercises, and led simulated drills. This approach not only boosted employees’ enthusiasm for learning but also enabled them to master a wealth of highly practical social etiquette skills in an engaging, enjoyable setting.

This training session deepened employees’ understanding of “li” and “yi,” while comprehensively enhancing their professional demeanor. Amid a vibrant learning environment, participants acquired highly practical knowledge of social etiquette, strengthened mutual understanding and communication, and achieved remarkable results—earning unanimous praise from all.
