Fuzi Li Po-Wall Lingzhi Spore Powder

Ganoderma lucidum spores have a double-layered wall structure, consisting of a transparent outer spore wall and a pale yellow or wine‑red inner spore wall. Within the brownish inner layer of each spore, numerous needle‑like projections are densely embedded in the transparent outer layer. The outer wall is smooth, while the interior contains spore oil. The primary constituent of the Ganoderma spore wall is chitin, accounting for 65%–70% of its composition, and it also contains various trace elements such as silicon (Si), calcium (Ca), iron (Fe), and magnesium (Mg). Notably, silicon and calcium strengthen and harden the spore wall, enhancing its resistance to acids and alkalis; moreover, it is highly resistant to oxidation and decomposition, making it extremely difficult for the human body to digest and absorb. To fully harness the bioactive compounds—such as polysaccharides and triterpenes—contained in Ganoderma spore powder, it is essential to break the spore walls.

According to relevant research data, the bioavailability of unbroken‑wall Ganoderma lucidum spore powder is only about 10%, whereas that of broken‑wall spore powder exceeds 90%. The bioactive compounds in broken‑wall spore powder can be largely digested and absorbed by the human body.

1.2 Departing from the Airport: The National Exhibition and Convention Center is 1.5 kilometers from Terminal 2 of Hongqiao Airport and approximately 60 kilometers from Pudong Airport. Both airports are accessible via Metro Line 2, which provides direct service to the National Exhibition and Convention Center.

1.3 Departing from the Railway Station: Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station is 1.5 kilometers from the National Exhibition and Convention Center and can be reached via Metro Line 2.

Shanghai Railway Station is 25 kilometers from the National Exhibition and Convention Center and can be reached via Metro Line 2.

Shanghai South Railway Station is 23 kilometers from the National Exhibition and Convention Center. You can take Metro Line 1 to People’s Square Station, then transfer to Metro Line 2 to reach the National Exhibition and Convention Center.

2. Self-Drive Travel Guide: Suggested Route:

2.1 Starting from downtown Shanghai, travelers from the northern and northeastern parts of the city can reach the parking lot via the Middle Ring Road–S5–S20–Beizhai Elevated Road–the northern section of the Jiamin Elevated Road–Songze Elevated Road.

From the southern and southwestern parts of Shanghai, you can reach the National Exhibition and Convention Center parking lot via the southern section of the G60–Jiamin Elevated Road and Yinggang East Road.

2.2 From the Yangtze River Delta region, you can take highways such as G60 and G2 to reach the G15 Shenhai Expressway, then exit onto Songze Avenue.

Vehicles exiting the elevated bridge can also access the National Exhibition and Convention Center’s South Parking Lot via G60–Jiamin Elevated Road (southern section)–Yinggang East Road–Laigang Road.

3. Guide to Riding City Buses:

You can transfer to bus routes 865, 706, or 776 to reach the Xujing East Bus Hub, then cross the pedestrian overpass to the West Arrival Hall of the venue and proceed to the National Exhibition and Convention Center. Specifically:

3.1 Route 865 provides connections to areas such as Shanghai Zoo Metro Station, Caohejing Development Zone (Hongmei Road–Yishan Road stop), and Jinjiang Amusement Park Station (Hongmei South Road–Meilong Road).

Service frequency: 15 minutes during peak hours, 40 minutes during off-peak hours.
3.2 Route 706: Connects to Jiuting Metro Station (get off at Jiuting Metro Station).

Service intervals: 10 minutes during peak hours, 25 minutes during off-peak hours.
3.3 Bus Route 776 (board at Yinggang East Road) provides connections to Ziteng Road Metro Station (alight at Wuzhong Road–Hangzhong Road Station) and Zhongshan Park Station (alight at Zhongshan Park Metro Station).

The National Exhibition and Convention Center offers a total of approximately 8,050 parking spaces both inside and outside the venue, with 5,050 spaces available indoors. Specifically:

The outdoor parking lot at North Square offers approximately 2,200 parking spaces.

The underground parking lot at South Plaza can accommodate approximately 2,500 passenger vehicles.

The ground-level parking lot at South Plaza can accommodate 50 large bus spaces and 300 passenger car spaces.

Yinggang East Road, located on the south side of the National Exhibition and Convention Center, is home to the Greenland World Center (P4), which offers approximately 3,000 parking spaces for passenger cars.

North side of the exhibition hall: east side of Gate No. 10 on North Square;

South side of the exhibition hall: at the P7 parking lot between Gates 18 and 19;
