The “2019 Annual Industry Conference of the Colorants Professional Committee of the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association, together with the Healthy Innovation Summit on the Vegetable Carbon Black Industry,” was held today in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province. The conference was hosted by the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association and organized by Zhejiang Wanglin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Leaders of the Association, officials from Jiangshan City, and the chairman of Zhejiang Wanglin Biotechnology delivered opening remarks in succession. Wang Yansong, deputy secretary-general of the Association’s Colorants Professional Committee, briefed attendees on matters related to the Sixth Members’ Congress. Secretary-general Zhang Hui presented the committee’s work report for 2019. In addition, Zhang Jianbo, director of the Third Standards Division at the National Center for Food Safety Risk Assessment; Engineer Liu Jie of the China Food Fermentation Industry Research Institute; Professor Mao Jianwei, president of Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Industry; Dr. Wu Di of Chenguang Bio; and Professor Liu Zhongdong of Henan University of Technology each delivered academic presentations.
