To thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, as well as those of the provincial Party Committee and provincial government, on fostering specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative enterprises, and to fulfill the requirements set forth in documents such as the “Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of High-Quality Manufacturing Enterprises” issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and five other departments, and the “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” jointly issued by the General Office of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and the General Office of the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, this document aims to guide SMEs toward a path of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative development. In accordance with the “Notice of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology on Organizing the Application and Selection Process for 2021 ‘Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative’ SMEs and Hidden Champion Enterprises in Zhejiang Province,” and following preliminary review and recommendation by the economic and information technology bureaus of each county (city, district), as well as subsequent verification by the economic and information technology bureaus of each prefecture-level city, Zhejiang Wanglin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is hereby recognized as a 2021 “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative” SME in Zhejiang Province, with a validity period of three years.
