Wanglin Bio is participating in the 25th China Ice Cream and Frozen Food Industry Expo.

To further expand into the ice cream and frozen‑food market, Zhejiang Wanglin Bio showcased its dust‑free plant‑based carbon black and squid ink powder at the 25th China Ice Cream & Frozen Food Industry Expo. Dates: September 22–24, 2023. Venue: Tianjin Meijiang International Convention and Exhibition Center, Booth No.: N2‑801. This was the first ice cream expo held after three years of the pandemic. During the event, the company welcomed a total of 68 domestic and international customers, achieving highly favorable results.

Wanglin Bio participated in the 2023 Asia (Thailand) Food Ingredients Exhibition, actively expanding into emerging markets in Southeast Asia.

To further expand into the Southeast Asian market, Zhejiang Wanglin Bio participated in the 2023 Asia (Thailand) Food Ingredients Exhibition (FiA), held in Bangkok, Thailand, from September 20 to 22, 2023. Booth No.: G67. During the exhibition, the company welcomed nearly 50 customers from Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, and other regions, achieving highly satisfactory results.

Second Notice Regarding the Convening of the “Food Sugar Reduction Summit Forum (2023)” and the 2023 Industry Annual Meetings of the Sweetener Professional Committee and the Functional Sugar Ingredients Professional Committee

The first “Food Sugar Reduction Summit,” hosted by our association, was successfully held in 2021. Attending domestic and international experts, scholars, and industry leaders delivered specialized presentations and engaged in discussions on the pressing topic of sugar reduction in food. Topics included the current status and development trends of sugar reduction both at home and abroad, the production, R&D, and innovation of upstream raw and auxiliary materials such as functional sugars and sweeteners, as well as finished products, and relevant regulations and standards. The successful convening of the conference played a positive role in fostering in-depth exchanges and promoting the healthy development of the industry, earning widespread recognition and support from colleagues across the sector. Accordingly, our association has decided to continue hosting the “Food Sugar Reduction Summit” in 2023.

The “2023 China Baking Sugar Association National Jelly Industry Annual Conference and Summit Forum” was held on August 24, 2023, in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province. Attendees included Zhang Jiu-kui, Chairman of the China Baking Sugar Association; Zhang Shuai, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General; Yang Mummei, Vice Chairman; Zhang Bin, Deputy Secretary-General and Secretary-General of the Jelly Professional Committee; Li Ruiguang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jelly Professional Committee; Wei Lili, Deputy Secretary-General of the Technical Regulations Professional Committee; as well as more than 70 representatives from over 50 organizations, including jelly manufacturers, related enterprises, research institutes, and media outlets.
